The Goal

My goal is for (online) entrepreneurs, creators & brands to have access to high-quality but affordable contract templates that will get them legally compliant, fully protected & paid.

The Problem

There are many lawyers who sell contract templates online, and there are countless free contract templates to be found on Google. I am definitely not the first to sell contract templates.

However, most of the contracts I have seen are either terrible quality and do not contain all the necessary protections. Most of them are simply not the same quaility as those drafted by lawyer coming from Big Law.

The other major issue is that they are not contracts that can be used internationally, just in one jurisdiction (usually the US), while almost all (online) entrepreneurs, brands and creators work with clients and collaborate with partners all over the world!

That is why I have made it my mission to create contracts templates specifically for (online) entrepreneurs, brands and creators that:

Meet Selene

I am an international business lawyer proudly registered with The Netherlands Bar in Amsterdam. While my professional roots lie in the Dutch business capital, my current base is in Ohio, USA, where I have chosen to establish my main residence due to personal ties with my family. My main residence may be in Ohio, USA, but my heart remains connected to Amsterdam, where I maintain a second home.

Having both a Dutch and US nationality, I navigate the complexities of international business with a unique perspective.

As a former M&A lawyer in Big Law, where I specialized in mergers and acquisitions with parties from all around the world, I am an expert at drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts.

Driven by a passion for supporting small entrepreneurs, brands, and creators, I quit my career in Big Law to use my legal skills for those who need them most.

Law firm details.

  • Selene Snippe has registered the principal legal practice area Business law (ondernemingsrecht) in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister).

    Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.

    Selene the Lawyer does not use a third-party account (derdengeldenrekening) or trust (IOLTA). This means that fees from third parties will be transferred directly to you.

  • Selene the Lawyer is registered as a limited liability company with the Ohio Secretary of State.
