⚖️ From Big Law to Online Business
I started my career as an M&A lawyer in Big Law, drafting and negotiating complex international contracts for startups, investors, and global companies. The work was high-stakes, technical, and precise — and it taught me exactly what makes a contract airtight (and what makes it fall apart).
But something was missing.
I realized that small business owners and creators — the people building real, creative, independent work online — didn’t have access to that same level of protection. They either downloaded free templates that didn’t actually protect them, or overpaid for lawyers who didn’t understand their business model.
So I left Big Law to fix that.
