How the program works

To register for the affiliate program, you must sign up by clicking on the button below, filling out the form that will open in a new tab, and agreeing to the affiliate terms.

Once registered, you will have access to your personal affiliate panel. You can find your unique affiliate link and my promo materials in your affiliate panel.

Then, you can start promoting my contracts! It's that easy!

Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to influencer marketing. Such laws include, but are not limited to, the EU Unfair Commercial Practice Directive, the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and the US Federal Trade Commission Act.

You are obliged to indemnify me (Selene Snippe) and my business, Selene the Lawyer, and any other third parties working for or with Selene the Lawyer, and hold us and them harmless from any damages, loss and any costs due to non-compliance or breach by you of any influencer marketing laws.

 FAQs

  • You can use your affiliate link on your website, your social media, your email newsletter, within your digital course or education platform, in the show notes of your podcast episode, in the description box below your YouTube video, etc.

    However, you are not allowed to use spam anywhere. That is not cool!

  • You get paid in cash through PayPal in dollars. Make sure you sign up for a PayPal account first. Processing and currency conversion fees may apply, which may be deducted from your commission by PayPal.

  • Every time a person clicks on your affiliate link and purchases a contract from my contract shop, this will be registered.

    You will get paid your commissions for purchases made in a given calendar month within 5 business days after that given calendar month. So, let's say five contracts have been purchased through your affiliate link in February. In that case, you will receive your commission for those five contracts in March.

  • No, if a purchase is refunded, you are no longer entitled to a commission for that purchase. I have a no-refund policy, but if, for example, someone purchases a contract that does not suit their business or situation, I may, at my sole discretion, decide to refund the purchase.

    You can see whether a purchase is refunded in your affiliate panel.

  • Yes. When you sign up for the affiliate program, you will have access to your personal affiliate panel. You can see exactly how many sales have been made through your affiliate link and what your commissions are in your affiliate panel.

  • Yes. When you sign up for the affiliate program, you will have access to your personal affiliate panel. You can generate unique affiliate links for each contract or legal document in your affiliate panel.

  • No, you don't have to purchase a contract from me to participate. Anyone can earn cash on the side. However, I do not recommend promoting a product or service you do not use yourself.

  • No, I remain the owner of all my intellectual property, including the material I provide to you for promotional purposes only. You can not use the materials I provide for any other purpose.

    Materials that you have created, using the materials I provided to you, also become my intellectual property—those materials you can also only use for promotional purposes.

  • Yes, you can terminate your affiliation anytime for whatever reason, and so can I. I don't want to force you to remain in a relationship you don't want to be in ;)

    You will still be entitled to commissions for purchases made through your affiliate links BEFORE the termination date. Your commission will be paid to you within the time frame mentioned under "When do I get paid?". You are NOT entitled to any purchases made through your affiliate links on or AFTER the termination date. You will not be paid any compensation for those purchases.
