Estate Planning Services Opening in 2027

Join the Estate Planning Priority List

A new New York estate-planning practice is in development. In 2027, I plan to begin accepting a limited number of New York estate-planning clients.

Join the priority list to receive early access to appointment availability when my estate planning calendar opens.

In the meantime, you can start organizing your plan with my free Complete Estate Planning Workbook.

Start Preparing Your Plan Today with My FREE Estate Planning Workbook

Estate planning requires you to make important decisions about your property, the people you love, and who you trust to act on your behalf.

The Complete Estate Planning Workbook helps you:

  • Organize information about your family, property, and existing documents

  • Identify the people you may want to name in important roles

  • Think through your wishes before meeting with a lawyer

  • Recognize questions that require legal, tax, or financial advice

Complete the workbook at your own pace and keep it with your personal records. Priority-list members will receive instructions for securely submitting it when appointment scheduling opens.

If you need estate-planning assistance before appointments open or if you reside in a state other than New York, feel free to contact me, and I’ll refer you to a trusted estate-planning lawyer licensed in your state rather than delaying your plan.

How Estate Planning With Me Will Work

1. Complete Your Workbook

Use the free workbook to organize your information, identify your priorities, and prepare the questions you want to discuss.

2. Submit Your Workbook for Review

When appointment scheduling opens, priority-list members will be among the first invited to submit their completed workbook through a secure process. I will review it before our meeting so we can use our time efficiently.

3. Meet With Me and Build Your Plan

Every estate plan will begin with a paid Estate Planning Strategy Session. We will review your circumstances, discuss your goals, and determine which documents and planning steps are appropriate.

The consultation fee will be fully credited toward your flat-fee estate planning package if you move forward within 30 days.
